Colo coffee roasters is a Colombian brand of specialty coffees inspired by our country, the richness of our people, and land. We started this project in 2017 with a purpose: Serve better coffee to Colombians and generate added value to coffee growers.

SANCOCHO BOYACÁ 340G
Sancocho is a coffee from Boyacá that brings together the Caturra, Castillo and Colombia varieties in a washed-process blend. In the cup it offers notes of yellow fruits, panela, chocolate and spices, with a balanced, sweet profile. Ideal for espresso, with body and a long finish.
UNA SIESTA 340G
Una Siesta is a coffee naturally decaffeinated using sugar cane extract, a process that preserves its original flavor characteristics. In the cup it offers notes of cacao and citrus, with a sweet, smooth finish, ideal for enjoying at any time of day, a balanced and pleasant experience.

Our purpose is to select, roast and serve the best cups of coffee in Colombia We work hand in hand with coffee growers so that they can continuously produce better coffees. We believe that our commitment to quality will lead people around the world to discover Colombia through Colo Coffee, learn about the stories and hard work behind each cup, and develop a conscious approach to coffee consumption.
