Colo coffee roasters is a Colombian brand of specialty coffees inspired by our country, the richness of our people, and land. We started this project in 2017 with a purpose: Serve better coffee to Colombians and generate added value to coffee growers.

Our Lines

SANCOCHO DE BOYACÁ

We mix beans from Boyacá to highlight the best of Lengupá. Sancocho de Boyacá has a traditional wash and notes of yellow fruits, panela, chocolate and cinnamon. Ideal for espresso.

SUMERCE

From El Colegio, Cundinamarca, Sumercé is a traditionally washed Castillo coffee, with sweet notes of milk caramel, yellow fruits and an exotic touch of star fruit.

JAVA

Java variety coffee grown in El Colegio, Cundinamarca, with 140 hours of anaerobic fermentation. It stands out for its notes of lemongrass, wild blackberry and chocolate.

TÍPICA HONEY

From the mountains of Sasaima comes to COLO a typical variety with honey process, to delight us with its notes of peach, caramel and a pleasant residual of coffee liqueur that finishes the experience of a unique coffee;

PACAMARA NATURAL

From Mesitas del Colegio, this coffee stands out for its sweet notes of grape, plum, and chocolate.
Juicy body, intense aroma, and a natural sweetness that makes it unforgettable.
