Colo coffee roasters is a Colombian brand of specialty coffees inspired by our country, the richness of our people, and land. We started this project in 2017 with a purpose: Serve better coffee to Colombians and generate added value to coffee growers.

Our Lines

DE LA TIERRITA

A washed process caturra variety from Calarcá, Quindío, cultivated by our friend and coffee grower, Sebastian Ramírez. You'll taste delightful notes of arazá, peach, ginger, and caramel in every cup.

SANCOCHO DE BOYACÁ

At Colo, we made our blend  from coffee beans of the same origin with washed process. This is our espresso blend that me named Sancocho and its tasting notes:red fruits such as blackberry, sweet panela. Medium body and acidity.

It is an ideal blend for savoring a good espresso.

UNA SIESTA

Decaffeinated with the finest cocoa and citrus notes, with a delicate and sweet aftertaste, ensuring the smooth extraction of caffeine by avoiding excessive heat and pressure to preserve the inherent characteristics of the bean.

DRIPS

Single-serve  on SANCOCHO BOYACÁ specialty coffee ground in drip bags for easy and quick preparation of your Colo coffee. Box of 10 units

JAVA

At the Ancestors' Line, a new Java variety coffee arrives, cultivated in the lands of El Colegio, Cundinamarca. It undergoes a 140-hour anaerobic fermentation process, resulting in tasting notes of lemongrass, red fruits (wild blackberry), and chocolate.

GESHA EL PLACER

Gesha El Placer arrives in the Ancestors line, a coffee selected from the lands of Calarcá, Quindío, with a washed process and tasting notes of lemongrass, peach, and honey

ANARANJADO

Coming from Sebastián Ramírez's coffee farm in Calarcá, Quindío, this infused coffee will captivate you with its distinctive peach notes, a vibrant citrus profile reminiscent of the freshness of orange or grapefruit, and a seductive white chocolate sensation.
