Colo coffee roasters is a Colombian brand of specialty coffees inspired by our country, the richness of our people, and land. We started this project in 2017 with a purpose: Serve better coffee to Colombians and generate added value to coffee growers.

UNA SIESTA

 

PROFILE: Cacao, citric and juicy texture. Delicate and sweet aftertaste

UNA SIESTA (NAP) is our decaf coffee with a natural decaffeination process. It combines high mountain spring water and EA of natural origin (from sugar cane); EA is present in all coffee beans in their natural state (as well as in many fruits and vegetables).

It has no addition of synthetic chemicals. This water-AE process allows a gentle extraction of caffeine from the bean, avoiding heat and excessive pressure, thus maintaining the natural structure and characteristics of the coffee beans.

Decaf coffee can be consumed by pregnant and lactating women because it does not have the stimulating effect of caffeine.




Sumercé

From El Colegio, Cundinamarca comes a Castillo coffee with a traditional washing process and tasting notes of Milk Caramel, Yellow Fruits, and Starfruit.

JAVA

At the Ancestors' Line, a new Java variety coffee arrives, cultivated in the lands of El Colegio, Cundinamarca. It undergoes a 140-hour anaerobic fermentation process, resulting in tasting notes of lemongrass, red fruits (wild blackberry), and chocolate.

GESHA INMACULADA

This Gesha coffee is characterized by its complexity and elegance, with aromas of orange and pineapple that invite you to enjoy its flavor. Its bright acidity is reminiscent of ripe orange, complemented by tropical notes of pineapple. Chamomile contributes an aromatic and floral touch that balances the fruity intensity, while the sweetness of the cane juice closes the flavor, leaving a clean and sweet aftertaste. A vibrant coffee full of nuances.


BOURBÓN PAPAYO

Bourbon Papayo is an endemic COLOmbian variety and from the hand of Finca Inmaculada located in Pichindé (Cali) comes to COLO this delicious coffee with notes of yellow fruits, mango, curuba, panela and chocolate, that will remind us of the diversity of our country
