TOOLS:
* V60 brewer
* Filter
* 30 grams of coffee
* Scale
* Timer
BREWING:
1. Boil approximately 400 ml of water.
2. Place the filter in the V60 and rinse it with hot water to remove any paper or cardboard flavors and preheat the serving carafe.
3. Add the 30 grams of medium-ground coffee and level the bed.
4. Pour 60 ml of hot water, making sure to wet all the coffee (bloom). Let it rest for 40 seconds.
5. Pour from the center outward in circular motions, creating turbulence, until you reach 350 ml of water. Let the coffee drip.
6. Do a second, much gentler pour from the outside in to create as little turbulence as possible. Top up the water until you reach 540 ml in total.
7. Let the coffee drip through completely. This process should take approximately 4 and a half minutes.
8. Remove the filter and stir the carafe well before serving.
