Tools:

- 18 grams of coffee

- Portafilter

- Wipe the portafilter with a clean, dry towel.
- Fill the portafilter with 18 grams of freshly ground coffee.
- Evenly distribute and tamp down the coffee with medium pressure on a flat surface.
- Purge the group shower well and fit the portafilter inside the group. Start the extraction with the continuous run button.
- A slow drip will start, followed by a uniform extraction until the point where it turns a white thread and the extraction ends (30-45 seconds).
- Discard the coffee grounds and enjoy the espresso.
