Tools:

  • French press

  • 20 grams of coffee,

  • Scale

  • Timer

Instructions:

  • Boil 350 ml of water.
  • Add some water to the French press to preheat it.
  • Add the coarsely ground coffee and soak it with 40 ml of water. Stir gently to ensure the coffee is fully saturated. (Pre-infusion) Wait for 1 minute.
  • Add hot water until you reach a total of 300 ml and let it steep for 4 minutes.
  • Press the plunger down to filter the coffee and immediately serve it in a cup.
