Colo coffee roasters is a Colombian brand of specialty coffees inspired by our country, the richness of our people, and land. We started this project in 2017 with a purpose: Serve better coffee to Colombians and generate added value to coffee growers.

We mix beans from Boyacá to highlight the best of Lengupá. Sancocho de Boyacá has a traditional wash and notes of yellow fruits, panela, chocolate and cinnamon. Ideal for espresso.

From El Colegio, Cundinamarca, Sumercé is a traditionally washed Castillo coffee, with sweet notes of milk caramel, yellow fruits and an exotic touch of star fruit.

De la Tierrita is a Caturra variety coffee grown in the mountains of Armenia, Quindío, using a traditional washing process that gives it sweet caramel notes, a citrusy orange freshness, and the smoothness of sugar cane.

UNA SIESTA

This coffee is proof that decaffeinated does not mean sacrificing flavor. “Una Siesta” undergoes a natural decaffeination process using ethyl acetate, a component extracted from sugar cane, which preserves its sensory profile intact. Enjoy a cup with sweet chocolate notes, citrus nuances, and a smooth finish, without the effects of caffeine. Ideal for any time of day.

De la tierrita natural is a caturra variety grown in Armenia, Quindío, using a natural process and 80 hours of fermentation that enhance its intense notes of cocoa nibs, the freshness of mandarin, and the juicy sweetness of plum.
