Utensilios:
- V60 coffee maker
- V60 filter
- 30 grams of coffee
- Gram scale
- Timer
- Boil approximately 400 ml of water.
- Place the filter in the V60 and soak it with hot water to remove paper or cardboard flavors and preheat the serving pitcher.
- Add 30 grams of medium ground coffee and level the bed.
- Pour 60 ml of hot water, making sure to moisten all the coffee (pre-infusion). Let it stand for 40 seconds.
- Pour from the center outwards in circular motions, generating turbulence until reaching 350 ml of water. Let the coffee drip.
- Make a second pour from the outside in smoother circles to create as little turbulence as possible, until reaching a total of 540 ml of water.
- Let the coffee drip completely, which should take approximately 4 and a half minutes.
- Remove the filter and mix the pitcher before serving.
