  1. Boil approximately 400 ml of water.
  2. Place the filter in the V60 and soak it with hot water to remove paper or cardboard flavors and preheat the serving pitcher.
  3. Add 30 grams of medium ground coffee and level the bed.
  4. Pour 60 ml of hot water, making sure to moisten all the coffee (pre-infusion). Let it stand for 40 seconds.
  5. Pour from the center outwards in circular motions, generating turbulence until reaching 350 ml of water. Let the coffee drip.
  6. Make a second pour from the outside in smoother circles to create as little turbulence as possible, until reaching a total of 540 ml of water.
  7. Let the coffee drip completely, which should take approximately 4 and a half minutes.
  8. Remove the filter and mix the pitcher before serving.
