UTENSILS:
* V60 Dripper
* Filter
* 30 grams of coffee
* Scale
* Stopwatch
PREPARATION:
1. Boil approximately 400 ml of water.
2. Place the filter in the V60 and rinse with hot water to remove any paper or cardboard flavors and to preheat the serving jug.
3. Add 30 grams of medium-ground coffee and level the bed.
4. Pour 60 ml of hot water, ensuring all the coffee is wet (pre-infusion). Let it rest for 40 seconds.
5. Pour from the center outwards in circular motions to create turbulence until you have added 350 ml of water. Allow the coffee to drip.
6. Perform a second pour from the outside in, much more gently to create minimal turbulence. Complete the water up to a total of 540 ml.
7. Allow the coffee to drip completely. This process should take about 4 and a half minutes.
8. Remove the filter and mix the jug very well before serving.
