* 18 grams of coffee
* Espresso grinder

* Portafilter

BREWING:
1. Wipe the portafilter with a clean, dry towel.
2. Fill the portafilter with 18 grams of freshly ground coffee.
3. Distribute evenly and tamp the coffee with medium pressure on a flat surface.
4. Purge the group head well and lock the portafilter into the group. Start the extraction with the continuous-flow button.
5. A slow drip will begin, followed by an even extraction until it turns into a pale stream and the extraction ends (30-45 seconds).
6. Knock out the spent coffee puck and enjoy your espresso.
