Colo coffee roasters is a Colombian brand of specialty coffees inspired by our country, the richness of our people, and land. We started this project in 2017 with a purpose: Serve better coffee to Colombians and generate added value to coffee growers.

UNA SIESTA
This coffee is proof that decaffeinated does not mean sacrificing flavor. “Una Siesta” undergoes a natural decaffeination process using ethyl acetate, a component extracted from sugar cane, which preserves its sensory profile intact. Enjoy a cup with sweet chocolate notes, citrus nuances, and a smooth finish, without the effects of caffeine. Ideal for any time of day.
EL PIJAO
Blend made with selected varieties from Tolima coffee growers, processed using the washed method. In the cup, it has a balanced profile, with bright citrus notes, brown sugar sweetness, and a delicate hint of cinnamon infusion. A versatile, aromatic coffee that is easy to enjoy at any time.
GESHA NATURAL
Naturally processed Gesha coffee, grown in Pichindé, Valle del Cauca. An expressive and fruity cup, with intense notes of blueberries, refreshing lemongrass, and a juicy grape sweetness. Aromatic, balanced, and with a long finish, ideal for those who enjoy vibrant profiles full of character.
