BREWING
1.Boil 250 ml of water.
2.Assemble the Aeropress with the filter in the cap. Rinse it with hot water to remove any filter flavors.
3.Add the 21 grams of medium-fine ground coffee.
4.Add 45 ml of water, stir gently and let it sit for 30 seconds.
5.Add water until you reach 150 ml and stir again. Let it brew for another two minutes.
6.Insert the plunger into the Aeropress and apply pressure for 15 seconds until all the coffee is extracted.
7.Remove the Aeropress, add 40 ml of hot water (bypass) and enjoy your coffee.

Note: This is a suggested brew and recipe. You can make changes to the grind, pouring technique and amounts of water and coffee to see the differences that result.
