PREPARATION
1. Boil 250 ml of water.
2. Assemble the Aeropress with the filter in the lid. Rinse with hot water to remove any filter flavors.
3. Add 21 grams of medium-fine ground coffee.
4. Add 45 ml of water, stir gently, and let it sit for 30 seconds.
5. Add water up to a total of 150 ml and stir again. Let it extract for another two minutes.
6. Insert the plunger into the Aeropress and apply pressure for 15 seconds until all the coffee is extracted.
7. Remove the Aeropress and add 40 ml of hot water (bypass) and enjoy the coffee.
Note: This is a suggested preparation and recipe. You can make changes to grind size, pouring technique, and water and coffee quantities to see the resulting differences.
