UTENSILS:
*French Press
*20 grams of coffee

PREPARATION
1. Boil 350 ml of water.
2. Add a little water to the container to preheat it.
3. Add the coarsely ground coffee and wet it with 40 ml of water, stirring a little to ensure it is fully saturated. (Pre-infusion) Wait for 1 minute.
4. Add hot water to a total of 300 ml and let it steep for 4 minutes.
5. Press the plunger down to filter the coffee and serve it immediately into a cup.
